**** Damaged Items****
Priority mail items with clear damage from the postal service may need to have a claim filed -
I will no longer approve returns until I receive photos needed of the damage.
Photos of the box, inner and outer, photos of any damage, are required for the claim.
Buyer will receive refund when photos are received, buyer will also need to hold onto item, all boxes,
all packaging as this may need to be returned for inspection at buyers local post office.
If buyer has a damaged item and does not have a way to take upload photos, please e-mail me.

Items with calculated shipping are based on buyer/seller location, size of box/bag/envelope and weight.
USPS/FEDEX/UPS have all had rate increases. The cost it states for shipping is based on the calculations of the above AND the new increased rates. I have no control over rates and certain aspects of costs. Shipping costs are stated upon check out. If you feel the shipping costs are too high for an item you can message me and I will double check weight and measurements and different shipping options or you can choose not to complete the check out process. Items may have an odor when they arrive.
This is most likely caused by the black plastic bags they are placed in to protect them from getting wet should your package be left out in the rain or the snow when being transported/delivered. Letting the item (s) air out is recommended.
I am looking at alternative bags to correct this issue. I do not use perfumes or sprays. Items are from no pet, non-smoking home, no wood stove home.
