    Description

    Lionel V 150W Watt Trainmaster Transformer. I tested the transformer and worked and put out 27.4 Volts on every circuit (ABCD). Every terminal worked, even the one that needs the stud to be mounted. Has a new cord. Has the green cover but needs a bulb, burnt out. I'll see if I have bulb before I ship it.
