To stabilize the blade in one place, workers tighten the blade further using an extension lever. Thus, in this case, they overstretch the blade twice above the permissible norm and this leads to frequent cracking and tearing of the bandsaw blades. The last part of the video shows the tension of the blade exactly to the required values ​​with the help of the device.
